Georgian Scooters National Federation
- Federation is membership based non-commercial legal entity
- Supreme management authority of the federation is convention which is convoked once per year by federation board
- Federation board is permanent governing body consisting of 9 members including : chairman of the board (president), first deputy to the chairman (vice-president), 2nd deputy to the chairman (2nd vice president), secretary general and other 5 members selected during the convention. Federation board is elected and authorized by the convention.
- The supervising body of the board is chairman – president of the federation
